About Excel to PDF

Excel to PDF converts a spreadsheet into a PDF so tables, invoices and reports look the same on every device. It accepts .xls, .xlsx, .ods and .csv files and prints each sheet using that sheet's own page setup: paper size, orientation, margins, print area and scaling. Upload one file, wait a moment and download the PDF.

The best result comes from preparing the sheet first. Set the print area, choose landscape for wide tables and use fit to width so columns do not spill onto extra pages. Conversion uses LibreOffice, so unusual fonts or advanced formatting can differ slightly from Microsoft Office. Password-protected files cannot be converted. Uploads are deleted after 30 minutes.

Frequently asked questions

How do I convert Excel to PDF?

Select your .xls, .xlsx, .ods or .csv file, press convert and download the PDF. Every sheet is printed in order, using the page setup saved in the file. No account is needed and there is no watermark.

Why does my table split across several pages?

Each sheet follows its own page setup. If columns are wider than the paper, they continue on extra pages. In Excel, set landscape orientation, define a print area and choose fit all columns on one page, then convert again.

Are all sheets included in the PDF?

The workbook is printed using each sheet's page setup, so sheets appear one after another. Sheets with a defined print area print only that area. If you only want one sheet, save a copy that contains just that sheet first.

Can I convert a CSV file to PDF?

Yes, .csv files are accepted. A CSV has no page setup, so the default page size is used and wide tables may continue on additional pages. Opening it in a spreadsheet app and adjusting the layout first gives a tidier result.

What are the file size and daily limits?

Guests can upload files up to 10 MB each and run 15 jobs per day. A free account raises this to 50 MB per file and 150 jobs per day. There is no watermark and no sign-up is needed to use the tool.

Is it safe to upload my file, and how long is it kept?

The file is uploaded to our server, processed, and deleted automatically after 30 minutes. The server has no internet access. The result has no watermark and you do not need an account. Avoid uploading anything you are not allowed to share.
