About PowerPoint to PDF

PowerPoint to PDF turns a presentation into a PDF with one slide per page, ready to email, upload to a portal or print as handouts. It accepts .ppt, .pptx and .odp files and supports Arabic and other right-to-left text. Upload the file, wait for the conversion and download the PDF.

A PDF is a static document, so animations and transitions are not kept: each slide appears in its final state. Conversion uses LibreOffice, which means special fonts, complex shapes or effects can look slightly different from Microsoft Office, so flip through the PDF before sharing. Password-protected presentations cannot be converted. Files are deleted automatically after 30 minutes and no watermark is added.

Frequently asked questions

How do I convert PowerPoint to PDF?

Select your .ppt, .pptx or .odp file, press convert and download the PDF. Each slide becomes one page. No account is needed and the PDF has no watermark.

Are animations and transitions kept in the PDF?

No. A PDF cannot play animations or transitions, so they are not kept. Each slide is shown in its final state. If a slide depends on build-up animation, check that everything is visible when finished.

Why do my fonts or shapes look different?

The conversion uses LibreOffice, not Microsoft Office. Unusual fonts, complex shapes and some effects can differ slightly. Use common fonts, avoid fancy effects where possible and review the PDF before sending it.

Does it work with Arabic presentations?

Yes. Arabic and right-to-left text is supported. Still, open the PDF and check alignment and fonts, especially in slides that mix Arabic and English or use decorative fonts.

What are the file size and daily limits?

Guests can upload files up to 10 MB each and run 15 jobs per day. A free account raises this to 50 MB per file and 150 jobs per day. There is no watermark and no sign-up is needed to use the tool.

Is it safe to upload my file, and how long is it kept?

The file is uploaded to our server, processed, and deleted automatically after 30 minutes. The server has no internet access. The result has no watermark and you do not need an account. Avoid uploading anything you are not allowed to share.
