About Extract pages
Extract pages from a PDF by typing the pages you want to keep, for example 1-3,5 or 4-z for page 4 through the end. The tool builds a new PDF containing only those pages, named after your file with -pages added, while your original stays untouched. The original file is never altered. This is handy when you only want to share part of a document.
Pages appear in the order you list them, so 3,1 puts page 3 before page 1. If you ask for a page that does not exist the job will fail, so check the page count first. Files are processed on our server, deleted automatically after 30 minutes, and the result carries no watermark. No account is needed.

Frequently asked questions
How do I extract pages from a PDF?
Upload the PDF, type the pages to keep in the pages field, such as 1-3,5, and process it. You can then download a new PDF with only those pages.
What is the difference between Extract pages and Split PDF?
Extract pages makes one new PDF from the pages you choose. Split PDF cuts a document into several files at once, each from its own range, and returns them in a ZIP.
Can I extract non-consecutive pages?
Yes. Separate pages and ranges with commas, for example 1,4,7-9. All of them end up in the same new PDF, in the order you wrote them.
Can I use the last page without knowing the page count?
Yes. Write z for the last page, so 2-z keeps everything from page 2 to the end. If a number is higher than the page count, the tool reports an error.
Does the original PDF change?
No. You receive a new file and your original stays as it is. Quality is unchanged because pages are copied rather than re-rendered. Page order inside the new file follows what you typed.
What are the limits and how long are files kept?
Guests can upload up to 10 MB per file and run 15 PDF jobs a day; free members get 50 MB and 150 jobs. Files are deleted automatically after 30 minutes.
