About Merge PDF files on iPhone

When a form wants one PDF but your phone holds three, you can merge them in the browser without installing anything. Open this page on your iPhone, pick the files from the Files app, iCloud Drive or a download folder, and put them in the order you want.

Everything is joined in the sequence shown in the list, so a cover letter, a CV and a certificate end up exactly where you place them. The pages are copied as they are, with no change in quality.

The files are uploaded for the merge and deleted from our server after 30 minutes; avoid documents you are not allowed to share with an online service.

Frequently asked questions

Can I pick PDFs stored in iCloud or another app?

Yes. The file picker on the iPhone shows the Files app, which includes iCloud Drive and folders from other apps. Choose the PDFs there.

How many PDFs can I combine from my phone?

Guests can merge up to 5 files per job. A free account allows more. At least two files are needed.

One of my PDFs is password protected. What now?

Unlock it first with the Unlock PDF tool by entering its password, then add the unlocked copy to the merge list.

Will the merged file be too big to email?

The result is about the size of the files added together. If it is too large, run it through Compress PDF afterwards.
